1. Scope
- The Provider grants access to WebShield service features within the selected plan.
- The Customer pays for services and complies with this offer.
2. Service delivery
- Services are delivered remotely through the Provider infrastructure.
- For proper operation, the Customer performs technical onboarding: DNS, proxying, and domain settings.
- The Provider may perform scheduled maintenance and updates.
3. Warranty limitations
- The service is designed to reduce malicious impact and security risks.
- The Provider does not guarantee absolute or 100% protection from all attacks, incidents, or losses.
4. Payments and refunds
- Service fees are based on the plan active at the time of ordering.
- Payment is cashless using methods available in the account.
- Refunds are available for non-delivered services or confirmed technical inability caused by the Provider.
5. Changes to terms
- The Provider may change service terms, plans, and this offer at any time.
- A new version becomes effective upon publication unless another date is explicitly stated.
- Continued service use means acceptance of the current version.
6. Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement unilaterally.
- The Provider may immediately suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, or security threats.
Registration, payment, or use of WebShield services means full and unconditional acceptance of this public offer.
